How much does it cost?
It is $80 for a one hour session. First session is complimentary with not obligation to continue.

What kind of training do you do?
Within one hour we try and encompass all apects of fitness including cardio, strength, agility, stamina and flexibility. We have found many of our clients really enjoy the boxing exercises and games elements to training and we encorporate that in sessions as well. All sessions inlcude a warm up and a stretch down. We can also tailor sessions to any particular area of fitness you would like to focus on for example building muscle or toning up.

What do I need to bring?
Water, a hat, a towel and you enthusiasm!

Will I be really sore after the first session?
A little sore is good! It shows you have done some work and lets you know your body is making changes, for the better. Fitness is a gradual process and it should be sustainable we want you back for the second session.

How can you tell how fit I am now?
After your first session we will usually do a simple fitness assessment. It lets you know where you are now and where you would like to be. From there we make gradual increases in your training to increase and improve your fitness. The optimum increase is no more than 10% per week.
